2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 72 working hours, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
  
  

• Delivery Time (India): Estimated delivery time is 10–13 days from order placement.
  
  

• Delivery Time (International): Estimated delivery is 12–15 working days post dispatch.
  
  

Note: Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. Timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen factors like weather or courier delays. We will notify you in case of significant delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

6. Self-Collection (Jaipur Only – By Appointment)

If you prefer to collect your order in person:

• Pickup must be completed within 2 working days of confirmation
  
  

• If not collected, the order will be shipped to your address
  
  

• Self-collection is available from the next day after the order is placed

7. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them (for both prepaid and COD).
  
  

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
