At Katha Jaipur, we craft every piece with love and care. But if something doesn’t feel quite right, here’s how you can easily request an exchange or return.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We’re happy to offer exchanges in the following situations:

1. You need a different size
   
   

2. You’re not satisfied after trying the item on
   
   

3. You received the correct product but would prefer a different design or style
   
   

4. You ordered a gift and the recipient wishes to select something else
   
   

🕒 Request Window:

• The customer must raise an exchange request within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
  
  

• The product must be unused and unwashed at the time of request.
  
  

📦 Condition for Exchange:

• Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and in perfect, unused condition.
  
  

• Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be eligible for exchange.
  
  

🔄 Exchange Options:

• You may exchange for the same product in a different size, or select a different product entirely.
  
  

• In case the new product has a higher price, the difference must be paid.
  
  

💰 Charges:
A flat fee of ₹100 is applicable to cover reverse pickup and reshipping costs.

🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange:

• Combo sets
  
  

• Discounted or sale items
  
  

• Customized or altered garments

🚚 Return Policy (Only for Damaged or Defective Items)

Returns are accepted only in these cases:

• The item received is damaged or defective
  
  

• A wrong product was delivered

💳 Refund Policy

At Katha Jaipur, we follow a no-refund policy. We do not issue monetary refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.

All approved cases will be eligible only for exchange or Katha Store Credit, which is:

• Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  
  

• Redeemable against any product available on our website

• No refund to source account — whether for returns or exchanges
  
  

• No refund is allowed; only exchange will be processed in applicable cases
  
  

⏳ Processing Time: Store credit (if applicable) will be issued within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and verified.

❌ Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No problem.

🕒 Cancellation Window:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, whether prepaid or COD.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
