Shipping Information

Dispatch takes approx. 72 hrs excluding Weekly offs and holidays. From the time of dispatch, it takes about 7-12 days for domestic orders.

Return & Exchage Policy

1. Exchanges allowed for size issues or dislike within 48 hours of delivery. ₹100 fee applies. Not valid for combo sets, discounted items, or customized products. Items must be unused with tags intact.

2. Returns only for wrong, damaged, or defective items. Parcel opening video required within 24 hours. Free reverse pickup if approved.

3. Refunds issued as store credit, valid for 6 months. No refund to original payment method.

4. Cancellations accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. Not possible once shipped.
